Your price comes straight from our real MetroWest pricing: a standard clean scales with bedrooms and bathrooms, recurring visits cost less per visit than one-time cleans, and deep and move-out jobs run higher because they take roughly twice the time. Extras like inside the oven or fridge are optional add-ons. The one thing no form can judge is the condition of the home, which is exactly why we read your details and send a real number rather than publish an automatic one.

An automatic number can’t judge the condition of a home, and a place that’s been kept up prices differently than one that needs catch-up. A flat rate. You see the price before we start, not after. Hourly billing quietly penalizes a dirtier home; a flat quote puts the pressure on us to be efficient, which is where it belongs.
A standard clean maintains an already-decent home. A deep clean resets it — baseboards, grout, buildup, vents, and the spots a regular visit skips — and takes about twice as long, which is why it costs more. Most people start with a deep clean, then move to recurring standard visits.
